General user experience, modern UI, great integrated features and it does everything I need it to do in one package.

We sometimes lack insight into the roadmap for the product, but their staff have been attentive to the needs of our business and tried to match those needs to the capabilities of their sites and team.

Having to do it one by one is time consuming and also makes auditing the members in certain groups very difficult.

Sorry but I find it very difficult to say anything I don't like about this software. If I was going to improve one thing it would the analytics tool UX.
