What is Izberg?

IZBERG is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eCommerce platform designed to help distributors, manufacturers, and service providers convert mobile applications and websites into marketplaces using REST API integration. It allows businesses to centralize all catalog operations, from creating product or service pages to onboarding and evaluating suppliers for an optimized customer experience.

Sellers can utilize IZBERG to create order invoices and share with payment partners, letting them generate legal PDF files and send back to the server to deliver to buyers through websites. The application allows administrators to configure various terms for deferred payments, track refunds or cancellations based on payment modes, and request KYC documents from sellers to gain insights into business cases. B2C businesses can also use a feed analysis tool to capture data from sellers' catalogs and access them on a centralized dashboard to understand KPIs.

IZBERG facilitates integration with several third-party applications including Lemonway, Webhelp, HiPay, and HaaS Automation. Businesses can also use the customer experience module to score and evaluate sellers, receive customer feedback, and handle order incidents.
