If duplicate‑submission protection or clearer payment confirmation improved, it would remove one of the few operational headaches we’ve experienced.

Additionally, I wish the form would allow some customers to select online payment through a payment gateway while giving other customers the option to submit without payment... currently, if I set up the payment gateway, everyone has to pay prior to submission.
