My overall experience with Jotform is that it is the most capable "Swiss Army Knife" of data collection available in 2026. While many competitors focus on just one thing (like design or simple surveys), Jotform has expanded into a full-scale no-code productivity engine

For a while I had difficulties with some employees not being able to sign into jotform and sign the forms I was sending them. But finally figured out a way to bypass this and I can now send a form link directly to them without any account needed.

Our customers are still having to pay their membership fee in a two-step process as they were before we used Jotform. While I liked the conditional logic and found it fairly simple to set up myself, it would have been better if AI could have helped me out with setting up more of those conditions.
