MIDAS overview
What is MIDAS?
MIDAS is an operations and customer relationship management system, geared toward real estate agents. Through this tool, realtors can automate tasks such as sending e-mails to report to owners and inform potential clients about new vacant properties.
MIDAS can also be integrated with WhatsApp, Facebook, and dozens of portals, and has an application for mobile devices from which it is possible to obtain clients' contact information, register, and check available properties. Among the solution's features are integrated management of proposals, contracts, and negotiations, monitoring of clients according to the sales funnel, and a security mechanism that restricts access to system information from outside the real estate company.
In addition, MIDAS allows the publication of properties on social networks and assists in the analysis of marketing investments made by the real estate agency, so that the manager has access to conversion rates and knows which media are providing the highest return.
