ProBoards allows members to share discussion posts with embedded YouTube videos, share audios, images, documents, and other media files within forums, and send personal messages to multiple recipients by separating their names using a comma. Supervisors can store notes about users' profiles, merge or benchmark topics, track members' online statuses, and use the search functionality to retrieve relevant posts.
