“I use it to sell photography albums, and it provides a professional checkout experience, secure payment processing, and multiple payment options for clients.”

Pros

“In the end, i contacted rocket spark, and they made a video and sent instructions to chane it.”

Karen J.

Director

“Ease of use, Rocketspark's design system makes design accessible to novice designers.”

John C.

Principal

“I would prefer a Picture Slider for each year of the classes - rather than a slideshow with a set period of time sequentially.”

Andrew T.

Trustee - Finance

Cons

“Another minor frustration is that certain features and reports are only available on higher-tier plans, which can make it difficult for smaller businesses to access the tools they need without upgrading.”

Gary A.

Founder CEO

“We recently had to rest a user account, after 4 days of jumping through hoops to try and get Shopify support to fix it, they reset the wrong account (my admin account), and in the end, after 5 days of no access to our own account, I had to track down a former employee, now in a different country, to get a code to access the account. And no matter how useless the support, if you try and ask for any money back, from the substantial sums you are paying them, it seems the support are trained to completely ignore you, pretend the question doesn't exist.”

Felix N.

Founder

“Shopify charges transaction fees for using third party payment processors, but my company is not able to use Shopify Payments due to being a CBD company. While Shopify provides many tools, recommendations and suggestions, my company is unable to utilize them because of the restrictions they place on CBD companies.”

Josh A.

Co-founder, VP of Marketing

Cons

“Sometimes the guides don't have the answer I want so I have to message them direct”

pip f.

owner manager

“We have struggled with the lack of flexibility in making some changes due to the inflexibility of our current website. ”

Vivette B.

Digital Communications and Marketing Manager

“The only draw back for my set up is that I would like for the visitors to the page to be able to flick through the designs, but this does not appear to be able to be done.”

Paula M.

Director
