We recently had to rest a user account, after 4 days of jumping through hoops to try and get Shopify support to fix it, they reset the wrong account (my admin account), and in the end, after 5 days of no access to our own account, I had to track down a former employee, now in a different country, to get a code to access the account. And no matter how useless the support, if you try and ask for any money back, from the substantial sums you are paying them, it seems the support are trained to completely ignore you, pretend the question doesn't exist.

I frankly deslike Shopify charges for transactions fees. Unless you use their own Shopify Payments you will have processement charges and the biggest problem here is that Shopify Payments its not available everywhere.
