Hi Simone, In rare cases emails can end up in the spam folder of our customers or the email address is not working. I can see that our support team replied to your emails 3 times with the link to your logo but obviously you haven't received these replies. This is frustrating both for you as a customer and for us as the service provider. Please try to contact us from a different email address and I'm sure we can sort this out quickly. In a world that needs pictures to use online via a website or social media it is difficult to find images online without breaching other peoples copyright and if you cant afford a designer where do you go to. I found this firm by accident and I am so glad I did. The package is so easy to use it gives me the control to design what I want to do and come up with my own brand image that no one else has. I would recommend choosing the more expensive package as it gives you a full range of images. I was most impressed the way you can just add a word into the box and it comes up with hundreds of images and at the touch of a button you have your design. I cant recommend this product enough!

I honestly cant think of anything that I dont like....I am that impressed!

I have used Smashinglogo for a few of my companies now and each time the software has produced a unique and creative logo of high quality. Recently, I had the opportunity to work with their customer service in modifying a previous logo. The experience was one that I was fond of as they were responsive in their communication with me, helpful, friendly, and ultimately, I was able to achieve the desired look that I was after.

The ability to add ones own photos for incorporation into their logo might be helpful for some. Although, I did not have a need for it during my project.
