*BEST ADVICE - Go Elsewhere. Save time, money, and get the logo you want. I do like the platform, however it will need to be more intuitive with more robust options and better customer support. 1. LIMITED ELEMENTS/FONTS/DESIGNING CAPABILITIES Does NOT have all of the elements needed to complete your logo/design. Edits, developments, fonts, all are limited in supply. 2, Since located in Vienna, Austria - you'll be waiting for resolves to issues over 24hrs if located in LATAM, AMER OR APAC - only via email through web contact form.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the experience on our platform. 1. Not sure what design capabilities you're missing in particular. With over a thousand fonts in our font library we hope that there are plenty of options to choose from. 2. I don't know your specific case but even when located in a different time zone we normally respond well below 24 hrs.

Its so easy to use! you can have a professional logo for a fraction of the with a bit of tinkering no logo will ever be the same! amazing edit after tools, branding guidelines, animated logo, colour set, all for less than a graphic designer charges per hour.

Id prefer to have an account to store multiple Logos, and be able to design variations of the logo for a product for example, currently your account is tied to a custom URL.

I had played with some other free logo programs in the past, and the designs, fonts, and particularly the iconography from SmashingLogo was far superior - and perfect for creating a logo that I feel really aligns with my vision for my brand. I had a lot of fun playing with different options until I settled on the right one for me, and I absolutely adore it!

I wish the colors within the gradients were editable, and also that - once purchase is complete - you are told where to find your fonts. I had some trouble with finding my exact font.

So many designs and was so easy to edit every single part of the design. It was so much fun to use. And I am so happy with my final logo. Love all of the different formats as well - for printing v web v social media

I saw the 15% discount button AFTER I had already purchased (so didn't receive this discount). I bought the business package so that I could fully edit it after purchase but it wasnt super clear how to edit after the completed

Limited customization with the logo but you can create a beautiful design if you need something quickly to get started it’s perfect.

They have a set of questions that help to find the right mood for the design. They use those answers to give you a fun starting point image that you can continue adapting to your needs. It is fast and it provides all the types of files that you need to start up a small business.

The design process can get so personal, that I wished that there were features that allowed me achieving further details. In any case, what you can achieve is good value for what pay.

Love SMASHINGLOGO. Super easy to use, with the software automatically creating great options and then the editing tools allowing you to riff on your idea until you find that logo that really you love. Unlike a lot of other similar websites, the end product doesn’t look like it was made by a computer. But what really sets them apart is the customer service. On the rare occasion something has gone wrong, and which has always been my error, the support team at SMASHINGLOGO are nothing short of superheroes. Super quick, super friendly and super helpful.

Login back in is a little awkward, if you lose your confirmation email you can’t recover automatically. Also it is a pain that custom colour edits had to be downloaded as a separate file, rather than been applied to all the logo files.

Ease of use to create the logo and the examples that it gave you so you could get a birds eye view before you make the decision to go ahead and purchase and complete it.

Would have liked a few more options and the ability to make lines bigger or smaller to help make the logo have the look and feel you need it to have...I would also love to be able to talk to a live person on the phone so that it would eliminate a lot of emails and typing back and forth. It would help the end user loose less time going back in forth responding to emails when you could have discussed it over the phone in a few minutes where when you need to put your ideas in and email and wright all that out it takes energy and time that could be put into the business. Other then that everything was awesome! Thank you!

Smashinglogo's website's interface was intuitive and very simple to use. Deployed to resolve such an important and potentially complicated function (brand logo generation and deployment), I found my experience of the company's website to be extremely straightforward, if not playful. I wasn't certain on several facets of the transaction after completing my initial purchase. However, [sensitive content] (from Smashinglogo's customer service department) stepped in. Thoroughly professional and calm, our entire conversation was a masterclass on how to be kind and helpful to a customer. I eventually switched my initial service provider and upgraded to premium. Way to go, and great job, guys.

Ease of use and so many options. We were working with a professional graphic designer to develop a logo for our new company and hated everything they sent us. So I gave Smashing Logo a try and quickly came up with several options we liked and eventually narrowed it down to something we love!

It would be cool if gradient colors were an option. I also would've liked to be able to choose the shape of the logo. We wanted it square, but we ended up with a rectangle. I was able to fix it on my end though, so no big deal.

The platform is so intuitive and easy to use, generating some incredible logos quickly and easily without the complication of working with a designer for days or weeks to achieve the same (or possibly not as good) results. The logo was brilliantly visualised in the mock ups, helping me see exactly what impact it would have on various mediums.

There isn't anything I don't like about this product. The only thing I would have liked was the ability to set up an account to save the design while I played around with it before buying. I wasn't sure whether I would be able to find the same design again, so kept my laptop on for several days while I was tweaking it.

There's nothing not to like about SmashingLogo. Maybe they could add had some hover over info on some features.

I designed the logo and later on realized that it needs to be added trademark. Sent the email to help desk and received lightening response they will arrange the trademark and they finished in top priority. What else do you want. Amazing customer service! Good luck.
