The ease of use; designing the logo from scratch was easier than I had imagined using the website. The logo I finally decided upon was better that what I had envisioned from the beginning.

I think the log in credentials could be better e.g. simply an email address and password

The platform works great, the preview quality is amazing and all the features is really helpful.

I would like to suggest more monogram options, initials fonts matching logo names specially letters split letters to allow multiple logo icons colors. Also, the account setup wont allow users to fully log-in, that is not good, i think users should access to the account and have an tab where their logos is saved.

To tell the truth, nothing displeased me, the software is very easy to use and very intuitive

I could try out several designs and save and edit as often as I liked without subscribing

Some features I wanted to customise were unavailable. Not a deal breaker against the ease of use

I couldn’t change the slogan text from versals to gemens by my own, propably a temporary bug, but got good help from customer service.

Got the logo I wanted and files I needed for website, email & social media

I would have liked to be able to change the font afterwards.As I discovered later on down the line that the ones I'd chosen were not universal and would have to be downloaded and/or purchased to be used for branding

They have a set of questions that help to find the right mood for the design. They use those answers to give you a fun starting point image that you can continue adapting to your needs. It is fast and it provides all the types of files that you need to start up a small business.

The design process can get so personal, that I wished that there were features that allowed me achieving further details. In any case, what you can achieve is good value for what pay.

Love SMASHINGLOGO. Super easy to use, with the software automatically creating great options and then the editing tools allowing you to riff on your idea until you find that logo that really you love. Unlike a lot of other similar websites, the end product doesn’t look like it was made by a computer. But what really sets them apart is the customer service. On the rare occasion something has gone wrong, and which has always been my error, the support team at SMASHINGLOGO are nothing short of superheroes. Super quick, super friendly and super helpful.

Login back in is a little awkward, if you lose your confirmation email you can’t recover automatically. Also it is a pain that custom colour edits had to be downloaded as a separate file, rather than been applied to all the logo files.

Ease of use Option for logo! Was perfect! My mother recently passed away and I was looking for a butterfly to show honor to her, and it came out perfect!

Very easy to work with and a big selection of choices

For the logo Eventotex I wanted to change one of the logo's. Even though I had ticked the square not to have the wording divided it was impossible. It wrote Event otex all the time. Furthermore I could not find the possibility to order 2 or 3 logos at the same time. I had to purchase all three logos at 3 times as well as payments.

Im not one for leaving reviews but i think the full set up is great, you design your own logo in your own time much more satisfying than having someone design it for you, After buying the logo its saved to your account and you can change as you please. I needed a something added to my logo that I wasn't able to do via the website so i emailed them and someone called [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was happy to...

The ability to select and create your own logo - DIY but with adequate hands on support via the software and from the tech team

Nothing as such. Maybe the options for customization can increase over time and provide a better suite for professional service firms (right now it seems options are more catered to sellers & 'offbeat' startups)

I have used Smashinglogo for a few of my companies now and each time the software has produced a unique and creative logo of high quality. Recently, I had the opportunity to work with their customer service in modifying a previous logo. The experience was one that I was fond of as they were responsive in their communication with me, helpful, friendly, and ultimately, I was able to achieve the desired look that I was after.

The ability to add ones own photos for incorporation into their logo might be helpful for some. Although, I did not have a need for it during my project.

User friendly, creative designs and world class customer support

It is easy to use, edit and preview your work on different articles and in different sizes. The package contains social media kit which was super useful. Their support is awesome, even if you have made a mistake and have purchased the logo, they will share with you a coupon to make changes and download the logo free of cost.

It's good for minimalistic and basic designs, if you are someone who needs some unique design you may want to consider hiring a graphic designer. But if you are on a budget, Smashinglogo is perfect and it will save your time and provide your purchased logo in all necessary formats.
