The payouts are consistent, and I find them to be the best alternative in the market after trying different providers.

At first it's difficult to get familiar with all the concepts they use for their different parts of the process, I wasn't able to find a simple tutorial on their site (found some in external sites).

Subbly is for me a 10/10 software in his category and probably the best tool/software for entrepreneurs who want to create a subscription box business.

No stock control/variants for non-subscription items. Limits to what you can do on the site, mobile and tablet aren't completely intuitive/customisable/responsive.

The customer's account for managing their subscription is excellent, much clearer than Bold/Shopify. Quick and easy to build a site without any coding.

The part that caused me some problems was making the website appear consistent on both the desktop and mobile version.

We don't plan on going anywhere. Good integrations, good features and new ones all the time, great customer service.

Lack of shipping options for customers - proves difficult to have a profitable one price fits all option. Somewhat defensive customer service responses.
