It also lets users distribute custom surveys across communication channels to gather feedback on incidents and events in real-time.
TextMarks comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows organizations to integrate the system with several third-party solutions. The auto-responding feature lets users send messages with information such as daily cafeteria menus, incident locations, school/office hours, and more from a centralized platform.
