Not a lot, if had to say something it would be the limitations (templates, image upload) on free accounts but this is obviously solvable going premium and we probably will soon

Intuitive tools with a variety of templates. I like the creativity with the styles and there are enough examples to fit most of my needs.

The subscription model becomes costly as the demand for the tool has peaks and valleys. I would suggest that if subscriptions are the preferred model, reduce the monthly cost.

I love all the graphics and choices! I also like the emails to blog posts so I can learn more about designing info graphics. It's a pretty simple program to use once you get over the slight learning curve. But customer service is really easy and great to use for help in getting started. I couldn't have continued without the chat feature!

I really don't like the output regarding sizing. I have to finish my project in photoshop to be able to print the size I need, even when I custom size the doc in venngage. I also don't like that their aren't better midline features so I can center my graphics/text.

The pros include customer chat, most features the product offers, and the ability to change pixel size.

The cons would be that users should be allowed to upload more photos the limit is 50 I believe. Other than that I think it is a pretty good product, but I wish they would add more templates more frequently.

Members of our marketing team without any previous experience building infographics were able to jump right in and create something useful and usable.

Occasionally, I find it difficult to use when I'm trying to alter the given template enough to fit our specific needs; lining things up, centering items, resizing things, etc. can be a challenge.

Very easy to use - no training needed. Allows charts to be edited. Large range of icons and pictures available.

Does not have a grid system (ruler) so objects can not be easily sized or placed. Is quite expensive compared to other similar software.

Unable to download creation when using free account; There are certain requirements that were not met by this software for example: having secondary axis in the graph, certain icons we need are unavailable, etc.

The best thing about Venngage compared to alternatives is how easy it is to use, the number of templates (which is rapidly growing) and how easy it is to get support from the team.

A desktop app would be useful as well as better optimisation for internet explorer so it is less necessary to use chrome.

Customer service has been quick, effective and helpful. I appreciated that my past work was not lost when there was a lapse in payment on my part! Tools are intuitive. Venngage blog and other guidance is helpful.

Sometimes I want to change a tiny thing and find it hard to ungroup my designs. Overall, very few things don't work!

I appreciate that I could open Venngage - and without an iota of design experience - begin to produce quality marketing materials. Time deadlines don't usually allow for learning-intensive applications. Venngage offers templates designed to meet just about any need and the application is straightforward enough that customizing the templates is super easy! I've tried other similar programs and they don't come close!

That I can't use it for all of my graphics needs. It is so easy to use that I begrudgingly use other applications for other design needs.

I love this software because it's user friendly, has plenty of professional templates to choose from, and is affordable for a nonprofit. I have created over 65 infographics on Vennage.

The only thing I don't like is the image frames. They are hard to modify. If you want to use them, you have to change the size of the image.

Being able to pick this up with minimal training, and also create easy to understand dashboards / one pagers for the executive team. Great templates too for the non creative person like me!

We have a team venngage account. When I'm reviewing and editing the same dashboard as my teammate, a lot of the times it couldn't save properly because we're both editing the same thing. The auto saving feature is great, and will be better if only 1 person can edit a dashboard at a time!

It lets me got to the point quickly in a pleasing visual and text format. Great for conversation starters or focusing confused managers

Sometimes cool looking graphics are composed of many components, so it i hard to duplicate and move around if content changes

Easy to use, tons of different templates and editing tools, almost limitless opportunities to make infographics, ads, and other advertising devices.

You can't download any of your creations without paying for a premium or letting them put a watermark on your creation.

It's user friendly like support, and there is always new content I can work with which makes me so much more efficient

Any marketer with a content idea but no design background can create the collateral they need in a timely and professional looking manner.

When I want to undo something I did, the entire page has to reload. Not a big deal but if I had to choose something, that would be it,

the easy downloads and the large amount of different stickers/graphics are a great tool to use and enhance this product

I appreciate the variety of styles of data presentation of the templates. Also the variety of lols and feels.

I would like to see more choices of templates in the dimensions of a slide deck. I also find it frustrating not to be able to change the backgrounds more easily.

It is extremely easy to use and I like that I can download in PDF. I use it to create draft ideas and I like that i can make copies of previous design as a starting point.

I would like to be able to see the printable area better rahter than having to always go to preview.

I'm a first-time infographic creator. Venngage's system makes it exceptionally simple to craft and create something that looks great. Templates are fresh, clean, and well-coordinated. Icons allow you to make something that looks interesting without becoming cheesy. Templates needing a higher level of professionalism are available.

The plans for paid services are unattractive. From what I've experienced so far, they do not allow you to download any infographics without first establishing a paid service. There are other websites and products out there that provide comparable platforms free-of-charge.

Venngage is extremely easy to use and the templates make inspiration come naturally. I love using this for one-pagers and case studies.

Some icons and images are too static and not flexible in building new icons/changing colors/etc. Otherwise, I really enjoy using it!

The prebuilt templates creates great efficiencies in my work. This saves me time and money. The amount of graphic icons is also a great benefit.

The 'undo' and 'copy' functionality seems clunky and takes more time than typical programs. Also the workflow to copy a template seems clunky and out of place.
