The application enables businesses to set up percentages or fixed commission rules based on vendor’s sales, product price, and purchase quantity. Users can configure refund settings by defining a threshold number of days for permissible refunds on orders. It includes a ledger book, which allows vendors and administrators to monitor the stored transactions about withdrawals, refunds, partial-refunds, and more. With its enquiry manager module, vendors can receive notifications about queries raised by customers and view all previous inquiries as FAQs.
WCFM Marketplace allows vendors to enable or disable the store’s open and closing hours and purchase during weekends or holidays. Retailers can configure shipping options by country, zone, or product weight, track deliveries, and receive notifications for change in shipping status. It also helps suppliers manage product catalogs, add attributes, and map them to relevant categories.
