Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Pros

“The plugin library has also saved us a lot of time and money on custom development since we added some functionality such as contact forms for applicants.”

Tim K.

Founder

“WordPress offers a lot of flexibility and customization, making it capable of building a site that fits your specific needs.”

Michael O.

Communications Manager

“It allows me to choose from thousands of plugins to accomplish anything you could ever want a website to do and all for free. If I ever have any issues I can usually find a solution online from someone else who already fixed it or found a work around.”

Sarah G.

Owner

Pros

“The free trial has been wonderful as it lets me build my existing sites, put them online, and while it has the Webwave ad, at least I can see that it is working as I want it to work.”

Jim W.

OWNER

“I can create one or more drag and drop sites like in any graphics programme or in microsoft word, there are templates but you can start from scratch.”

Devis S.

insurance consultant

“E-commerce and blog featuresSeveral free pre-made templatesIt feels more like using Photoshop or Canva than website design software.”

Sunil P.

Localization and Customer Support Specialist

Cons

“There are a few things that can annoy us when it comes to updates and mobile compatibility but with plugins and pre-designed templates we're able to save time and concentrate on what we actually do.”

Tim K.

Founder

“The site can also get slower when too many plugins are installed, and you still have to think about hosting, backups, updates and general maintenance.”

Davis M.

Head of Finance

“When we are changing the fonts and their sizes, sometimes and for some reason, the text doesn't pick up the font size and it doesn't appear visible, which force us to do it manually and try to guess the same size that was used before.”

Cynthia N.

Owner

Cons

“All too often, we see apps with so much potential that never get the recognition they deserve and eventually fade away.”

Df M.

owner

“Loading time is not great as many other competitors - Gtmetrix performance grade at max 81% while Google pagespeed mobile (56%) and desktop (91%).”

Ruhani R.

Senior General Manager, Digital

“Stacking options in the design elements are full drag based, which could be a little difficult if you want to use it as the manner of WordPress Blocks.”
