WorshipPlanning.com is a cloud-based church service planning solution which allows users to create worship flows, plan music, schedule volunteers, attach files, and more. The platform can be used by churches of different sizes, with multiple users able to collaborate on planning, and an unlimited number of ‘helper’ accounts available for volunteers to access event information.

WorshipPlanning.com’s drag-and-drop worship flow editor allows users to plan services down to the second. Multiple flow templates can be created and applied, and a single worship flow can be managed across multiple services. Element-specific notes can be added to provide information to team members, and files can be attached directly to services. Users can also include music from the songs library, which allows users to build, share, search, filter, and report on songs. The rehearsals page enables the scheduling of practices, and stage arrangements can be designed using the Virtual Stage tool.

WorshipPlanning.com allows users to schedule volunteers based on their availability, serving preferences, and qualifications, through the drag-and-drop interface. Individual volunteers and teams can be scheduled, and all volunteers are notified automatically when they have been scheduled to serve, allowing them to to accept or decline their assignments. Serving volunteers can also be reminded automatically via SMS or email. Team leaders can authorize volunteers to access files required for services, including MP3 files of songs.
