I also asked for some suggestions as to what I may have accidentally done wrong so that I might can fix it to no avail. It has been 21 days so far.
It is awesome to have the slides automatically (and beautifully) generated. I can save a lot of time and deliver a powerful message.
The integration with PowerPoint is a bit week as transitions and animations can be lost.
Overall, my church and I have been very pleased. Customer service has been excellent, and the product itself runs great.
There are sometimes when PowerPoints have not loaded correctly and audio has not transferred to the site correctly. Overall, these are fairly insignificant when considering the product as a whole.

The way a SMS message in Mass Contact does not send as a full message but instead delivers as several out-of-order text with words broken up in odd locations.

It also appears that they are still working out a lot of glitches and it’s very frustrating when you depend on a software and it doesn’t work properly at least 99% of the time.

There is no alert given if there is a problem on a background check. There is no way to indicate family relationships such as grandmother, siblings, nieces, nephew, etc.

No back arrow to look at the previous transaction entered. If you are entering a list of manual checks and need to add a vendor all of the previous info entered (date, check number etc) is lost.
Robust functionality combined with security makes us look good and gives us peace-of-mind at the same time. Also, ShelbyNext listens to their user-base and continuously improves the product.
