Admitura overview
What is Admitura?
Admitura replaces the spreadsheets, email threads and shared mailboxes teams use to collect project requests. Build an intake form or start from a template, share the link, and every submission lands in one request list. Reviewers score each request against your own weighted criteria, such as impact, cost, effort and risk. Requests move through workflow stages you define, with optional approval gates and expert reviews from finance, security or feasibility. The dashboard flags what needs triage, what is waiting and what is going stale, with list, board, focus and timeline views. Requesters get status emails, reminders and their own portal. Optional AI drafts a first read with suggested scores, always confirmed by a person. SSO, SCIM, department spaces, an API, webhooks and EU hosting are available. Also used for internal requests, ideas, calls for proposals and awards. Free plan available.
