What is AgenciesForge?
AgenciesForge replaces the four systems most care agencies end up running: one for charting, one for scheduling, one for visit verification and one for billing. All of it sits on a single patient record.
It serves behavioral health, substance use, pediatric, DD/IDD waiver, home health, home care, case management and adult residential programs.
Clinicians write notes in SOAP, BIRP, DAP or GIRP, and an AI scribe drafts the note from a spoken summary for a person to sign. Home health teams complete OASIS-E2, Plans of Care and Notices of Admission. Waiver providers track incidents, person-centered plans, authorization units and caregiver credentials. Caregivers check in to visits from their phone with GPS, and each visit is matched against the claim billed for it.
Eligibility, claim submission and remittance run through an included clearinghouse, with a 15-point audit before each claim.
Pricing is by active clients. Unlimited clinicians, no per-seat fees, free to set up.
