What is AI 360° Feedback?
AI 360° Feedback helps HR teams and managers turn multiple perspectives into a focused development conversation. The product combines competency ratings with open questions, rather than presenting scores without the examples behind them.
Respondents can include the employee, manager, peers and direct reports where relevant. Sandy, a voiced avatar, guides each person through questions adapted to their relationship with the employee. AI organises recurring observations, strengths and development needs from the open responses.
Reports compare self-assessment with other perspectives and show differences between respondent groups. Eight competency areas cover results, communication, collaboration, reliability, decision-making, adaptability, leadership and learning. Recommendations can support an individual plan over three, six and twelve months where appropriate.
Use the findings to discuss leadership transitions, collaboration and employee development in context. Reports are intended to support conversations, not make standalone employment decisions.
AI 360° Feedback is a web-based Freemium product with English, German, French, Spanish and Russian support. Support requests can be opened through in-product tickets.
