Airtable to Sheets is a cloud-based Google Workspace add-on that syncs Airtable bases, tables, and views directly into Google Sheets tabs via official APIs, with no CSV exports, no coding, and no IT involvement required. Setup completes in approximately 2 minutes. Record data transits directly between Airtable and Google Sheets APIs and never passes through the vendor's servers. All Airtable field types are supported, including text, numbers, dates, checkboxes, single and multi-select, linked records, attachments, collaborators, formulas, rollups, and lookups. Field IDs are stored in a protected row, so renaming a field in Airtable does not break existing syncs. Sync direction is configurable per sync: one-way (Airtable to Sheets) or two-way, where edits made in the sheet push back to Airtable. Sync frequency is also configurable: manual on demand (all plans), scheduled every 3 hours (Pro and Business plans), or two-way live sync (Business plan). Multiple syncs can run on independent schedules across different tabs or spreadsheets, and scheduled triggers fire whether or not the spreadsheet is open.
