What is alinaflow?
alinaflow is all-in-one management software for music schools, dance studios, art schools, language schools, tutoring centres, sports academies, coding schools and summer camps.
It replaces the spreadsheets, group chats and disconnected tools most schools run on. Scheduling, enrolment, recurring tuition billing, attendance and family communication all live in one place.
Messages from SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook arrive in a single inbox. Invoices go out automatically with a pay link, and overdue ones surface as tasks. Students are sorted into the right class by level and age, and an AI front desk answers routine questions and helps fill classes running under capacity.
Families enrol, book, reschedule and pay in their own portal, within the rules each school sets. Instructors get a portal for their rosters and schedules. Real-time dashboards show students, revenue, attendance and retention across every location.
