Apatex is a native practice management app for private practices in Germany: Heilpraktiker (naturopaths), osteopaths, sectoral Heilpraktiker for physiotherapy, private-pay physiotherapists and complementary medicine practitioners. Patient records, custom intake forms, treatment documentation and private invoicing live in one app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, synced across devices.

Apatex was built in an osteopathy practice, for the practice. One of the two founders works as an osteopath and Heilpraktiker and uses it every day. The software grew out of a single question: why should a small private practice pay for programs built for statutory-insurance practices with prescription management and therapy billing?

What Apatex does: Patient file with master data, documents and history. Your own intake form, filled in on the device or scanned from paper straight into the file. Treatment documentation right after the session, in the practice or on a home visit. Private invoices created from the file with the GebüH fee catalogue, sequential invoice numbering and PDF output. Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac, no browser program, data in sync on all devices. Data processing agreement at registration, terms and privacy policy publicly available.

Deliberately not included: statutory health insurance billing, telematics infrastructure, online booking portal. In return: no one-off price, no minimum term, no modules.
