Apeiron CAD overview
What is Apeiron CAD?
Apeiron CAD is computer-aided dispatch for security guard companies with 10 to 250 officers, replacing the paper, group texts and spreadsheets most still run on.
Officers work from a phone app that keeps working underground and anywhere signal drops. Clock-ins, checkpoint scans and activity notes save on the device and sync later with the original timestamp.
Dispatchers see every officer on one screen: who is on duty, where, and how long since their last check-in. A panic button raises an alert with the officer's location immediately.
QR checkpoint scans prove a site was actually walked. At clock-out the shift becomes a daily activity report on your letterhead. Incident reports are written at the time with photos and signatures, then signed off by a supervisor, so the record holds up months later.
Clients get their own login showing coverage and reports for their sites, and never see officer locations.
Officer GPS is collected only while a guard is clocked in.
Pricing is flat by company size, never per guard: $149 a month up to 10 active guards, $299 up to 25, $499 up to 50, every feature in every tier, month to month. Founder-led support by email and phone.
