askacharge.com is charge point management software (CPMS) for operators who want to run a charging network under their own brand.

It talks to chargers over OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1, so it works with hardware you already own and never ties you to one manufacturer. Drivers start a session with an RFID card, with a QR code that needs no app and no account, or with ISO 15118 Plug&Charge.

Every operator gets a white-label portal with their own logo, colours and public pages. Your customers do not see our name.

What is included:

- Chargers and connectors in real time: status, heartbeat, meter values, remote start and stop, reservations and firmware commands.

- Tariffs per kWh, per hour, per session, combined, free, or indexed to the Spanish PVPC hourly price with your own margin.

- Payments through Stripe Connect: anonymous QR sessions with a pre-authorisation, saved cards for fleet drivers, and automatic monthly invoicing for fleet customers.

- Roaming over OCPI 2.2 and our ES*ACH hub, so your drivers charge on other networks and their drivers charge on yours, with settlement and revenue share.

- Load management per location, revenue sharing with site owners, CO2 saved per session, and anomaly detection on consumption.

- REST API with scoped keys, HMAC-signed webhooks, two-factor authentication, and GDPR export and deletion.

- Basque and Spanish electronic invoicing: TicketBAI/Batuz and Verifactu.

Pricing is flat: 20 EUR a month, no limit on chargers or sessions, and no cut of your revenue. Free trial, and you can leave with your data whenever you want.

Two things we would rather say ourselves than have you find out later: our OCPP implementation is tested with the Open Charge Alliance's OCTT tool but is not certified by the Alliance, and the driver app is a progressive web app, not a native one.
