Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

ATLAS overview
What is ATLAS?
ATLAS is an on-premises governance platform that consolidates contract lifecycle management, procurement, software license optimization, document intelligence, application portfolio management, and IT infrastructure tracking into a single governed system. Designed for mid-market and enterprise organizations in distribution and manufacturing, ATLAS is built around deep integration with Epicor Prophet 21, Jira, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign. All data resides on the customer's own hardware; nothing leaves the appliance unless an administrator explicitly permits it, with cloud AI egress closed by default and a break-glass kill switch available.
Each module in ATLAS operates under a shared identifier that links every request, approval, contract, purchase order, license, and infrastructure component across the full record. Contract lifecycle management covers drafting, redlining, playbook review, DocuSign e-signature, obligations tracking, renewals, and amendments that write back onto the parent contract. Procurement handles RFQs, purchase requests, business-area catalogs, Amazon Business and cXML PunchOut (CDW, Grainger, and others), per-supplier purchase orders, and supplier invoice matching from a shared mailbox, with CapEx and OpEx budgets synced bidirectionally to Epicor P21. License management tracks contracted seats against measured usage, generates true-up forecasts, ranks seat recertification by cost, and maintains a reclaimable-seat savings ledger. The document intelligence module reads quotes, invoices, packing slips, contracts, W-9s, and certificates of insurance into structured fields using OCR and a vision model across five configurable reading modes, from regex rules to a local or cloud LLM. Infrastructure management ingests vCenter, RVTools, Azure, and AWS data into one estate mapped to the applications each component carries, surfacing end-of-life and single-point-of-failure findings.
ATLAS Studio provides a low-code module builder for custom forms, stages, approvers, numbering schemes, and documents on the same engine as native modules. A hash-chained audit trail, written by every module, supports audit-readiness across the full record lifecycle. Fifteen connectors cover Epicor P21 (bidirectional), Jira, Microsoft 365, Teams, DocuSign, SSO providers (Entra, OIDC, LDAP, SAML), SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Graylog), and encrypted backups to S3, Azure Blob, SFTP, or SMB. Governance targets are measured against actuals across catalog adoption, application ownership, SSO coverage, signed contracts on file, and renewals decided 60 days out.
