Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

AttorneyOS overview
What is AttorneyOS?
AttorneyOS is a cloud-based, SaaS legal practice management platform built for South African law firms of all sizes, from sole practitioners to larger multi-attorney practices. Delivered via browser with no on-premises installation, it consolidates matters, clients, tasks, diary, documents, billing, payments, trust recordkeeping, research, workflows, reports, team permissions, and audit activity into a single matter-centred workspace. Practice areas supported include conveyancing, litigation, family law, labour law, debt collection, and deceased estate administration.
AttorneyOS is structured around a matter-centred operating model, keeping all client and matter context linked across every function. Matter and client management includes FICA and POPIA fields, matter health scores, and a firm-wide hotlist of at-risk matters. A court-rules deadline engine generates every downstream procedural date in court days from a single trigger date, with the applicable rule cited. Trust accounting conforms to the Legal Practice Act, covering section 86 interest, an audit pack, and read-only auditor access links. Time capture supports fee shorthand codes and correspondence billed directly from the matter. VAT-aware fee notes, statements, reminders, and online payment are included alongside bills of costs for taxation drawn from recorded time. Financial management extends to a double-entry general ledger, VAT201, provisional tax, creditors, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, and payroll on current SARS tables with EMP501 and COIDA Return of Earnings. Conveyancing transfer costs are calculated from SARS tables with pro-forma and final accounts. A counsel directory tracks briefs per matter and produces a statement per advocate. A case law library, prescription register, compliance calendar, client portal, digital intake, WhatsApp messaging, and a suite of free calculators round out the feature set. AI-assisted drafting, reviewed by the attorney, is available. Data is protected by nightly backups, a weekly restore test, and an encrypted offsite copy. A REST API and signed webhooks support integration with accounting packages, intranets, intake forms, and reporting tools.
