It provides a free, no-signup bakery cost calculator for one-off estimates and a saved workspace for organizing ingredient, packaging, and recurring fixed costs. Bakers can calculate recipe and product costs, break-even prices, suggested selling prices, profit, margin, and multipliers; identify products at risk of being sold at a loss; and track recipe, costing, and pricing history. Team plans support up to five members with role-based access to help protect sensitive cost and profit data.
