Be Safe - Work Alone Monitoring is a lone-worker response platform for organizations with employees working alone, remotely, after hours, in the field, or beyond reliable cellular coverage. It combines configurable check-ins, shift-based GPS visibility, panic and missed-check-in alerts, escalation workflows, two-way communication, supervisor dashboards, audit-ready records, and 24/7 bilingual human monitoring included. English and French support, client setup and training are available.

Authorized teams can send mass notifications by SMS/satellite, email, and push notification to selected users, emergency response plan (ERP) groups, companies, or all permitted users. Detailed notification logs support traceability and later review. A Messages sidebar shows SMS and satellite messages received in the last 24 hours, including unread filtering.

On-demand and recurring shift reports can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly for selected users, ERP areas, billing groups, or an entire company. Teams can choose report sections such as overviews, shift summaries, ERP summaries, and daily activity. Reports are delivered through private, signed links that expire after seven days.

Archive route playback includes timeline controls, step navigation, multiple playback speeds, speed and heading data, and a full-route view. Operator company and ERP-area monitoring scopes, global alarm delivery, worker-status visibility, statistics, and improved alarm lifecycle handling help larger organizations oversee multiple teams without hiding active alarms.

Where configured, compatible satellite-connected devices can extend supported communication beyond cellular coverage. Separate compatible devices, connectivity, coverage, and service may be required. Supported gas detectors, including paired RKI GX-3R Pro workflows, can connect through smartphones where use of a non-intrinsically-safe phone is permitted. A paired phone must not be assumed intrinsically safe or a reliable fall detector. Suitability for hazardous locations depends on the complete device configuration and site requirements.

Monitoring personnel follow each organization's approved escalation process and contact designated contacts, responders, or emergency services as required. Be Safe supports documented procedures, investigations, audits, and program improvement; it does not guarantee regulatory compliance or provide emergency responders.

There is no customer-facing API. Supported device integrations are separate from a public software API.

Built for daily use: Be Safe Guardian helps keep the app active during an active shift. Automatic check-ins while driving help minimize distractions, and scheduled shifts provide reminders and missed-shift notifications. Journey management includes field-level hazard assessment (FLHA), risk weighting and travel planning. Ending a shift suspends monitoring and app updates.

Supervisor control: dashboard-managed on-demand and scheduled reports replace the previous automatic monthly-report workflow. Supervisors control report timing, recipients and sections, with searchable scheduled-report management. User totals, check-in statuses and the Center Pins map control support oversight. When enabled by the company, Supervisors and Remote Workers can change their ERP area from mobile. Privacy logs record views of Worker Details by supervisors and Be Safe Operators. These records support program reviews, incident investigations and audits.
