Bookon overview
What is Bookon?
Bookon brings UK security workforce operations into a connected web platform and officer app. It is designed for guarding businesses coordinating people, client sites and operational records.
Operations teams can organise site rotas, assign officers and review attendance alongside planned shifts. The officer apps for iPhone and Android support GPS and photo book-on/book-off, check calls, patrol records, work-document uploads and leave requests. Officers need an activation code supplied by their employer.
Supervisors can record site incidents and produce client PDF reports. Compliance staff can maintain licence and vetting records, while accounts teams can prepare payroll and invoices from approved shifts.
Bookon publishes one subscription with all features at £2.95 per qualifying worked officer per company per calendar month. An officer counts once if they work at least one shift in that month. Office users, controllers and managers are excluded. The first partial calendar month is free, with no credit card required to start.
