BoostHOA is web based HOA management software for self managed homeowners associations, condo and townhome boards, and small management companies. It replaces the spreadsheets, paper checks, and email threads most volunteer boards run on with one system for properties, owners, assessments, payments, and documents, set up in minutes, no sales call required.

Property and Owner Management

Keep a record for every home: address, assigned owner, outstanding balance, and full assessment history. Assign owners by email; BoostHOA creates the account and sends the invitation. Tag properties to target billing at part of the community, and see each home in Google Street View.

Assessments and Recurring Dues

Create a single charge against one property, a bulk assessment across every property (or every tagged property) in one action, or a recurring schedule that issues itself. Recurring schedules support monthly, quarterly, and yearly frequencies with a configurable issue day, quarter start month, and days-until-due; a daily job generates each assessment and notifies owners. Schedules can be paused, resumed, edited, or canceled. Every assessment carries an amount, due date, owner-visible description.

Online Payments

Owners pay from the portal by card or ACH bank transfer through Stripe Checkout.

Document Library

Upload bylaws, CC&Rs, meeting minutes, budgets, and rule changes once. Every owner can find and download them with ease.

Owner Portal

Owners see every property they own, across any number of associations, with current balance, unpaid and paid assessments, payment history, receipts, and documents. Board members who also own a home get separate admin and owner views.

Automated Email

Sign-in links, new-assessment notices, payment confirmations, due-date reminders, and property-assignment notices send automatically through automated workflows.

Pricing

The Starter plan has no monthly subscription fee and includes property management, assessments, payments, and documents. Processing fees are 3.5% + $0.50 per card payment and 1% per ACH payment, capped at $10.
