What is Bringme Desk?

Bringme Desk turns the office front desk into a self-service visitor management system, so reception keeps running whether or not someone is sitting at the desk. From the moment a guest arrives to the moment they leave, the system registers every visitor and logs arrivals and departures in real time, giving you an accurate view of who is in the building at any point.

Checking in is quick and guided. The visitor scans a QR code at the kiosk, signs whatever documents the company requires, such as an NDA, a privacy statement, or safety instructions, and is issued a printed badge for identification. There is no need for a receptionist to greet each person, find their host, or manage paperwork by hand, which frees staff for more valuable work and keeps the entrance moving even during busy periods.

As soon as someone checks in, their host is alerted automatically by phone, Microsoft Teams, or the Bringme app, so visitors are met without waiting around in the lobby. Guests can also be given secure Wi-Fi through credentials sent by email, which keeps them connected while staying separate from the corporate network. When a visit ends, a single action checks the guest out and keeps the live presence overview accurate.

Bringme Desk also strengthens security and compliance. Asking visitors to sign an NDA helps protect confidential information, presenting a privacy statement supports GDPR compliance, and safety instructions can be acknowledged on arrival. All visitor data is captured and stored to recognized privacy standards, producing an auditable record that is useful both day to day and in emergencies, when knowing exactly who is on site really matters.
