What is BuildVision AI?
BuildVision AI is browser-based software for construction takeoff and estimating from PDF plans.
Upload PDF drawings, use AI-assisted counts and manual measurement tools, and review quantities against the source plans. Apply your own pricing to prepare an editable customer quote. Share the quote through a link or export quantities as CSV for use in other tools.
The workflow keeps quantity review and pricing decisions with the estimator. Users remain responsible for checking scope, quantities and final prices. No desktop or mobile app installation is required. There are no direct accounting or estimating-software integrations today.
Pro starts at $299 per month for up to 5 team members. Max starts at $499 per month with unlimited team members. Pricing depends on the selected AI token volume. Enterprise pricing is available on request. Pro and Max offer a 14-day trial with 50,000 AI tokens; a payment card is required.
