What is Candidize?
Candidize is a cloud-based, web-based AI CV screening platform designed for recruiters and hiring teams across all business sizes. The platform screens resumes against job descriptions, producing instant match percentages broken down across Skills, Experience, and Education. A multi-dimensional scoring system, the Candidize Score, combines a base match percentage with weighted sub-scores for experience relevance (0-10 pts), career trajectory (0-10 pts), skills depth (0-10 pts), and automated red flag detection (-15 to 0 pts), delivering a ranked candidate list without manual review. No installation is required; setup takes approximately two minutes, with API access available on the Enterprise plan.
Beyond static screening, Candidize provides an AI Chat interface that allows recruiters to ask open-ended, conversational questions about any candidate, covering cultural fit, team dynamics, retention likelihood, and scenario-based predictions. Supporting features include Skills Gap Analysis, which maps required skills present and missing per candidate; a CV Authenticity Analysis module that detects keyword stuffing, inflated claims, and inconsistencies, outputting a suspicion score (0-100) with specific flags and AI reasoning; and an Interview Question Generator that produces role- and candidate-specific questions. Candidate Comparison enables side-by-side evaluation of multiple candidates, and results can be exported as branded PDF reports.
Candidize supports multi-job management across three plan tiers: a Free plan (2 jobs/month, 10 CVs/scan) suited to individual or low-volume hirers; a Pro plan at $29/month (25 jobs/month, 100 CVs/scan) for growing teams; and an Enterprise plan at $79/month (unlimited jobs, 300 CVs/scan, API access) for high-volume recruiting operations. Bulk CV upload accepts PDF, DOCX, TXT, and RTF formats. A shareable public job link automates application intake, triggers auto-screening on submission, and delivers instant email score notifications to recruiters.
