I've had an overall awesome experience with ZipRecruiter and was able to hire two employees without an issue
It gives you easy access to a pool of people that are looking for work and have the certain skills you require for the position you are trying to fill. Gives you everything you need to find the right person
There are so many different options out there for job recruiting that it's hard for zipper recruiter to stand out

With Zip Recruiter, I like the fact that when I post a job, it is also available on over 100 job sites. This offers more visibility for the posting and will possibly get the attention of the best candidates for the job.
What I liked most about Zip Recruiter is working with the Resume Database. This database is essential in helping to filter through thousands of resumes to find the ideal candidate I want to hire. I found the resume database extremely helpful, straight-forward and user friendly. When I offer likes or dislikes for candidates, Zip Recruiter technology gets a better understanding of the type of candidates...
Zip Recruiter offers a good opportunity for businesses to select from a wide range of candidates for open positions. However, it can be costly for a business that is only seeking to fill one job opening. In addition, the main type of jobs available on Zip Recruiter are either specialty positions, entry level jobs or manual labor.

It is definitely easy to use, makes it easy to find the right candidates for the right jobs! Definitely would use again.
Nothing really in the con feature, the price is awesome, bit of a learning curve but not that much in comparison of other sites.

I've been recruiting drivers for 10+ years now. I had it down to a science on when candidates were looking for jobs by the days of the week and times. I've used many other job boards before Zip Recruiter. I will never go back to those job boards and waste my money getting unqualified candidates again. Zip Recruiter is hands down the best Job Board out there and by a large margin. If you're not using Zip Recruiter for your hiring needs, you should ASAP.
Zip Recruiter gets you qualified candidates every time. Period. They post to multiple job boards for you outside of Zip Recruiter and you get what you pay for. Qualified candidates. You get assigned a Campaign Manager who works with you to get your job ad and location to where candidates are searching for them. You can create knock out questions on your ads so you don't get unqualified candidates...
I suppose the only con is that it is not cheap. When you run a campaign, you are given many options to the price best fits your needs. My industry is very competitive so I always campaign at a higher cost.

I receive daily E-Mails from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] with employment recommendations that are reasonable. Also, I can easily apply using my ZipRecruiter profile and do not have to spend a lot of time filling up a profile.
All at one spot, get fast access to millions of jobs and search for the top people. There's no need to go through tens of thousands of meaningless job advertisements from other sites. We save time and simply recruit the perfect individual for our business using ZipRecruiter. The dashboard is useful for retrieving data when a new user searches on this platform. Its plan price is fair for a job consultant and ideal for the company. ZipRecruiter makes it simpler for businesses to employ smartly. They include tools for application tracking and social media recruiting in addition to advertising positions to over 100 secure job sites.
I occasionally receive job referrals outside of my industry and skill set. I'm not sure why I keep getting these job recommendations when I've never looked for anything like that. That is strange
