CelerBook is web-based appointment software for salons, barbershops and beauty businesses, with native iOS and Android apps for owners and staff. It covers the full loop: a public booking site, online booking, the internal calendar, client records and the numbers you report to your accountant.

Booking site. Every account gets a booking website on its own subdomain, edited from the dashboard rather than a template: hero image, eight colour presets or your own theme colour, photo gallery up to 15 images, service catalogue with categories, staff photos, opening hours, location and an editable terms page with a mandatory agreement checkbox at checkout. The booking widget runs in Dutch and English and prices display in any of 153 currencies.

Booking engine. Clients pick one or more services, an optional staff member and a time slot from live availability. Choose instant confirmation or manual approval per business. Auto-assign supports three strategies: first available, round robin and least busy. Per-staff pricing overrides let the same service cost more with a senior stylist. A cancellation window in hours governs what clients can still change themselves.

Calendar. Multi-staff week and day views, drag-and-drop rescheduling, working hours, time off, and appointment status from pending through completed, no-show or cancelled. Automatic email and SMS reminders reduce no-shows, and appointments sync to Google Calendar.

Clients. Client records hold contact details, visit history, total spend, notes per client and notes per appointment, plus a reliability score based on completed versus missed appointments. Filter on spend and visit count, sort on last visit, and rebook a client straight from a finished appointment.

Reporting. Revenue, revenue per booked and per available hour, average ticket, no-show rate and missed revenue, occupancy per staff member, new versus returning clients, lost clients and a peak-hours heatmap. VAT reports run per month, quarter or year and export to PDF or CSV. A weekly summary email goes to the owner.

Access and security. Three roles, owner, manager and staff, determine what each account can see and do. Authentication runs through Clerk. Application and database are hosted in Germany, transactional email through AWS SES in Frankfurt and payments through Stripe in Ireland, so the core processing stays inside the EEA. US-based subprocessors are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. A GDPR data processing agreement is available on request, accounts can be deleted from the app, and a data export is delivered on request within 30 days.

Integrations. Google Calendar for appointment sync, Stripe for billing, Twilio for SMS and Clerk for authentication.

Pricing. Pay-as-you-go: EUR 0.25 excluding VAT per completed appointment, the first five each month free, with a monthly cap. No contract, no setup fee, no credit card to start, and a quiet month costs nothing.
