Celestio is cloud-based (SaaS) management software designed for home services agencies in France: home care and support for elderly people, childcare, cleaning and ironing, gardening and grounds maintenance, handyman services, administrative help and meal delivery. Each workspace is configured according to the services the agency offers, so it only sees the activities it actually runs.

The software covers the entire agency workflow, from the first prospect contact to invoice payment.

Day-to-day management: schedules are shared in real time with clients and caregivers. The agency searches for available caregivers, manages absences and replacements, and tracks the hours worked. Sales management brings together prospect, quote and contract tracking, with alerts and reminders; recruitment follows processes adapted to the agency's organization.

Month-end: validated hours feed directly into invoicing, with the immediate advance of the tax credit (Celestio is accredited for the URSSAF "Tiers de Prestations" API), CESU payment vouchers and tax certificates. The software tracks payments and prepares payroll variables.

Mobile app: included in the subscription and available on Android and iOS for clients and caregivers. It gives access to schedules, built-in messaging and change notifications, and allows documents such as payslips to be shared.

Management and compliance: dashboards track activity, objectives and scheduling. Alerts flag breaches of working and rest time rules. The full history of visits and changes remains available, and data is hosted in France, in compliance with the GDPR.

Customization: document templates (quotes, invoices, tax certificates, service contracts, employment contracts) and the emails sent to clients and caregivers can be customized. Advanced searches can be saved as favorites. Optional add-ons: built-in electronic signature, white labeling of the software and mobile app, scheduling assistants (Opti-Planning), territory and category segmentation, and contact forms for the agency website.

Celestio is designed for independent agencies, multi-site organizations, groups and franchise networks. The single plan, with no long-term commitment, is priced on the number of caregivers scheduled in the month, with unlimited user accounts for the agency team. Onboarding includes support at start-up and migration of existing data; support, built into the software, is included in the subscription.
