What is CertReel?
Training new and temporary staff is hard to keep consistent, and harder to prove. CertReel solves both. Start from what you already have: a safety orientation, an SOP or a policy page. CertReel builds a video training from it, either as an animated scenario that shows the right and wrong way, or as step-by-step Instructions with a photo for every step and clear safety warnings. You check and edit everything before it's made. Staff open their own link or scan a QR code at the workstation and train on any phone, in their own language. The quiz unlocks only after they watch, and it reshuffles if someone guesses. Group trainings into an onboarding course with one link. When someone passes, they get a certificate anyone can verify online, and you get a record of who passed, how many tries it took and when, exportable in one click. Recertification reminders keep training current. No per-seat fees.
