The solution replaces manual invoicing, paper calendars and spreadsheets by automating tax compliance and administrative workflows. Tax settings can be configured to align with provincial requirements for registered businesses as well as for practitioners operating below registration thresholds.

Specialized modules support core business types. Esthetics practitioners can define custom contraindication fields, manage prepaid packages and gift card balances, store before and after photos and apply automatic tax calculations. Hairstyling teams can schedule multiple stylists with specialty designations, track individual colour history, oversee independent contractor billing with separate tax rules and record employee time via PIN based clocks. Massage therapy professionals can collect health forms with informed consent, generate insurance receipt documents with registration numbers, allocate extended appointment durations and maintain encrypted confidential notes.

The software offers a point of sale interface that processes multiple payment methods with automatic tax calculation. A visual calendar view presents a weekly schedule for appointment planning. Automated SMS reminders sent one day ahead help reduce no shows significantly. Client profiles consolidate service histories, photographic records, confidential notes and contraindication data. PDF invoices and receipts are generated and distributed via email.
