CLAP overview
What is CLAP?
CLAP is a business management system for photographers, videographers, filmmakers and small video production companies. It replaces the spreadsheet and WhatsApp routine with one place for the whole job: quote, client approval, crew, equipment, calendar, deliveries and money.
Build a quote with crew roles, equipment (1,500+ item catalog with suggested day rates), day rates multiplied by the job dates, logistics, taxes and installments. The client opens the proposal by link, sees every item and approves or requests changes, no account needed. Each freelancer gets a work order by link with role, tasks and fee. Equipment is reserved on the job dates. Shoots, deliveries and payments share one calendar, mirrored to Google Calendar. Approved installments become receivables, crew costs become payables, fixed costs recur, with reminders before and after the due date.
