What is CLARC Infinity?
CLARC Infinity is a cloud-native ECM and e-invoicing platform built by CTO Balzuweit GmbH, a German software vendor with more than 30 years of experience and 5,000+ customers, primarily in the SAP-driven German mid-market. The platform captures documents from email, scan, upload, EDI, API, and Peppol, using AI-based extraction and validation before routing content through automated BPMN workflows. On the e-invoicing side, CLARC Infinity supports XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, and Peppol, with invoices stored directly in a legally compliant, audit-proof cloud archive. Native integrations connect the platform to SAP, Microsoft 365, and Business Central. Technically, CLARC Infinity runs on Kubernetes and MongoDB Atlas, hosted in German data centers (Azure Germany West Central), with dedicated tenant separation, encryption at rest and in transit, and automatic updates with no patch-day projects. Deployment options include SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid setups via the CLARC Cloud Connector.
