ClienTrax is a veterinary practice management software that enables veterinary clinics to manage electronic medical records, digital imaging, appointment scheduling, reminders, payments, invoices, accounts receivable, and more via a unified portal. It includes a client management functionality, which enables users to view client details, add notes for reference, and search information using names, account numbers, or phone numbers.
ClienTrax allows administrators to print and save estimates, post multiple payments, track payment status, and sort inventory lists in alphabetical or numerical orders. Supervisors can also view and manage patient cards with information such as patient’s breed, species, color, reminders, transaction history, images, and other data for future reference.
