Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

ClinBase overview
What is ClinBase?
ClinBase is a cloud electronic medical record for independent physicians and small private practices in Mexico. It runs entirely in the browser, with nothing to install and no server to maintain, and it covers the whole visit: chart, note, prescription, scheduling and follow-up.
Clinical documentation
Visit notes follow the structured format Mexican regulation requires, with vital signs, pediatric growth tools, diagnoses from the official ICD-10 catalog, and medications from the national formulary plus Cofepris-registered brands. Autocomplete and reusable text macros cut the typing. Once signed, a note is locked: it cannot be edited, and every movement in the record is written to an audit log with user, action and timestamp.
Prescriptions and documents
Prescriptions are generated as PDF files with the physician's name, specialty, professional license numbers and signature, plus a QR code that lets anyone verify the document is authentic. The same engine produces medical certificates, sick notes and informed consents, and the layout is configurable.
Scheduling and patients
Calendar with an online booking page and QR code, automatic reminders with one-click confirmation, waiting list, patient portal, intake forms the patient fills in before arriving, satisfaction surveys and practice reports.
Artificial intelligence
An ambient scribe records the visit (up to 60 minutes depending on the plan), transcribes it and drafts the complete note for the physician to review and sign. A separate assistant handles scheduling requests. AI usage is metered per account and shown inside the app.
Integrations
Calendly for external booking, Jitsi for built-in video visits, Telegram for the scheduling assistant, Stripe for billing, and a booking page that works from any link or QR code. Data export in Excel, PDF and HL7 CDA is included in every plan.
Security and compliance
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with encrypted automatic backups and row-level isolation between practices. Access is passwordless: sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent by email, with bot protection on the login screen. Signed notes are immutable and audited, following Mexican regulations Nom-004 and Nom-024. Every subprocessor that handles data is named in the public privacy notice.
Requirements
Any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. It also installs from the Microsoft Store on Windows and onto the home screen on iPhone and Android. The interface is in Spanish.
