Clybo overview
What is Clybo?
Clybo is a cloud-based platform for sports clubs in Spain that brings memberships, registrations, fee collection and family communication into one place. It is built for the club administrators and treasurers who handle the monthly admin. The Basic plan costs €29 a month or €290 a year, with VAT included.
Recurring fees are collected by card or by SEPA bank remittance (remesas bancarias), with automatic retries on failed card payments and PDF receipts. Card payments are processed through Stripe Connect into the club's own Stripe account, and Clybo takes no commission per transaction; the payment provider applies its own rates. The Clybo subscription is billed to the club separately, at one flat price with no limit on athletes.
A fee can be split between two payers or assigned to several athletes in the same family. Registration forms are built from blocks and shared by link or QR code. Staff plan training and call-ups in a shared calendar and take attendance from their phone, and families use their own app, available in 10 languages.
