Coachio is a cloud-based coaching platform built for independent coaches and solo practitioners across sport, nutrition, lifestyle, and allied health disciplines, including personal trainers, nutrition coaches, dietitians, physiotherapists, running coaches, and performance coaches. The platform consolidates training schedule management, nutrition tracking, client check-ins, in-app messaging, progress monitoring, and subscription billing into a single system, replacing the need for separate tools such as spreadsheets, messaging apps, and standalone invoicing software. Clients access their plans, food logs, and progress data through dedicated iOS and Android mobile apps, while coaches manage all operations from a web-based dashboard. Plans scale from 15 to 750 clients, with a fixed monthly price per plan and no per-client fee.

The training module includes a schedule builder with reusable templates that can be applied across multiple clients. The nutrition module supports individual calorie and macro targets calculated using the Mifflin-St Jeor method, a food database with barcode scanning, meal plans, a recipe library, and AI-generated recipe suggestions that automatically match each client's macro targets, meal structure, dietary preferences, and allergies.
