Reputation Management by Yanolja Cloud Solution is geared for the hospitality industry. It collects and manages reviews from across the web, enabling hoteliers and property managers to strengthen digital reputation by tracking, monitoring, and responding to them.
Sources may include travel websites, agencies, and metasearch engines, like TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Trivago. Once the hotel links its accounts across the web, users can access and track reviews to obtain an overview of the review count for each website.
The tool sends review notifications daily and identifies favorite visitor services or amenities. Users can perform sentiment analysis to gauge positivity in the reviews. To address visitor concerns, users can translate reviews into various languages and contact reviewers instantly from the Critique application. They can then group reviews based on the actions that were taken. The tool also features historical performance metrics rendered in graphics and tables to reveal trends and patterns.
