Tasks are organized through a hierarchical system of Spaces and Areas to segment personal and professional workflows. Each container can hold an unlimited number of tasks. The free tier supports a single Space and unlimited Areas. The Pro level expands the system to unlimited Spaces and enables collaborative work across up to five shared Areas. Plain language and voice based input is interpreted to extract dates, times and parameters for rapid task creation. Free form labels can be applied and tasks are automatically sorted by deadline and by priority level.

Four view modes present the same task data through list, calendar, kanban and timeline displays to match varied planning approaches. Advanced task attributes such as explicit start and end dates, unlimited recurrence and bulk editing are available in the Pro level. Attachment capabilities extend storage capacity from one hundred megabytes total with five megabytes per file in the free tier to five gigabytes total with fifty megabytes per file. Integration features include read only connection with Google Calendar and CSV import compatibility with other task management tools.
