What is Edusfere?
Edusfere is a cloud-based curriculum management platform for K-12 schools, covering lesson planning, standards alignment, and curriculum documentation in a single hub. No installation required.
Core functionality includes a Curriculum Hub with a full course, unit, lesson, and activity hierarchy; real-time standards alignment tracking at both course and unit level; AI-integrated lesson documentation; customizable templates; a class calendar; and exportable accreditation-ready reports.
User management supports role-based access controls across three user types: teachers, school administrators, and content publishers. Admins get a dedicated dashboard with onboarding progress tracking, standards coverage visualization across subjects, and school-wide curriculum oversight.
Integrations: Sign in with existing Google or Microsoft accounts, so teachers and admins are up and running without managing a new set of credentials. Upload documents directly from Google Drive or OneDrive. Sync content to FACTS.
Content distribution features allow publishers to share protected materials, monitor engagement, and manage IP within the platform.
Implementation includes guided onboarding, live admin and teacher training, data migration from spreadsheets and existing platforms, and structured check-ins at one month, three months, and year-end.
