Each conversation includes detailed session analytics showing time on site, visit count, traffic source, tech stack, device information, location, and the visitor's complete browsing path.
Intent signals are automatically tracked for each visitor, including pricing page views, time spent on key pages, returning user status, and company profile information. The platform assigns an intent score (High, Medium, Low) to every conversation to help owners prioritize follow-up actions. Customer journey tracking maps each visitor's path across the site, recording which pages were visited, duration on each page, and navigation patterns across current and previous sessions.
