Dayboard is scheduling software for field trade businesses in Australia that send crews, plant and vehicles to sites. It is built for operations with one or two people in the office and a crew in the field, and it leaves invoicing and payroll to the accounting software a business already uses.

Quotes are priced line by line with GST worked out, tracked from draft to won or lost, and turned into a job in one step when they are won. Field workers never see prices.

The schedule books people, machines, vehicles and subcontractors onto jobs, with nine views, including boards per person and per machine. Each booking is checked as it is made, so a person already committed or a machine booked in for service is caught before the morning goes wrong.

Jobs carry their drawings, BYDA plans, SWMS and site photos, and a field worker sees only the jobs they are booked on, with documents that open on a phone. Announcements reach the crew with a record of who has acknowledged each one.

Forms are built once in the office and filled in on site, signal or not, with photos, meter readings and a finger-drawn signature, and each submission produces a PDF ready for a principal contractor.

Weekly timesheets are filled in on the phone, each day's job taken from the schedule, signed with a finger, and approved or sent back by the office, with every correction kept. They record hours only, and approved hours export as a spreadsheet.

The resource register holds meters, service history and registrations for every machine, and competencies and inductions for every person, with reminders before anything lapses.

Pricing is published and per person, month to month, billed in arrears. Data is hosted in Sydney, and every record can be exported at any time.
